How We Work

1. Discovery

During this phase, client completes a needs assessment form, and a discovery call is conducted to clarify client needs and immediate priorities. A preliminary agreement is sent to client for signature and approval.

2. Activation

Work begins upon receipt of the agreement and one-time project initiation fee. During this phase, we take a hard look at where you are, where you’ve been and where you need to be/want to go. We clarify your unique offerings and determine tactics to target the appropriate audiences. A Ready To/Next Steps’ outline will be sent to the client.

3. Plan

During this phase we identify how to utilize and incorporate your brand and purpose to derive what needs to be done and how we will accomplish arriving at tangible results.

4. Structure

During this phase, we dissect how the specifics are set up and structured to determine where there may room for improvement, total revamping, or removal if applicable.

5. Execution

A strategic plan of action is created inclusive of assignments, timelines, deliverables and expected results.  Client owns all final documentation and plans.
